Clear communication of what was happening, attentive staff and good quality care
The staff were lovely but there needed to be more seating
I was signed in by a very pleasant nurse,
Then directed to small room with a very uncomfortable chair l wait 30 mins no response saw a nurse who said l will come back to you twenty mins later l wasn't feeling very good with stomach pain and back ache through sitting on a uncomfortable chair for nearly an hour the nurse didn't come back to me so l went out and told the nurse l am leaving, she told me l cannot leave but l said show me the exit she reluctantly did and l left without having the endoscopy.
I walked into the hospital feeling fine but after sitting in the small room for nearly an hour l felt quite ill and left.
The actual colonoscopy was done efficiently and quicker than I expected. With the help of a little gas & air, it was not as bad as I remember from my last one about 8 years ago
